Abstract

Globalization has brought many changes in Mexico. In the economic sphere this phenomenon has brought significant changes in the trade sector, where large multinational corporations have an important role. The main purpose of this paper isto analyze the characteristics of the retail sector, mainly in departmental self-service stores, in relation with large companies who run these changes.
