This model has been designed to evaluate the costs of air pollution in the Guadalajara Industrial Zone (ZIG), that is, to explain the problem from the economic theory by means of an econometric structure that allows us to observe the relationship that exists between the variables selected to evaluate the social and private costs of the emissions of polluting particles into the atmosphere that affect the health of the inhabitants of this zone. It also means higher costs for companies for the acquisition of equipment to control particulate emissions in the industrial zone of Guadalajara.
