Abstract

After almost seven years of activity of the six-year term of office of those self-styled as "of change", it is convenient to carry out an analysis of the labor policy they have implemented, which could foreseeably help to solve the critical unemployment problem in Mexico. This article analyzes the First Job Program in particular, both from its theoretical perspectives and its practical adaptations, as well as three other programs of lesser scope that reveal a substitution of labor policy for a social support policy.
