The Marxist theory of technology dependence

This paper is aimed to the genesis and development of technological dependence in underdeveloped countries, from a Marxist perspective. We give answer to questions related to the role of scientific and technological factor in social progress. At the end we analyze the basic non marxist theories of scientific and technological development.
