Abstract

One of the economic problems that Mexico has had in its recent history that prevails today is the satisfaction of housing needs for a sector of the population. Within the housing market, demand is greater than supply, so that adjustments cause irregularities and imbalances that result in overcrowding, self-construction, poor construction and, in general, the existence of areas that are not very decent to live in.
