Abstract

Because the Sinaloa economic structure as well as its agro-industry is very weak, its horticulture every year participate less in national export and its current horticultural fresh cluster is quite incomplete, urges that this entity it solidifies to activity first cited, because theoretically create a cooperative agro-industrial, at least formed with small and medium horticulturalists for horticultural processing as well as to operate a laboratory in strategic alliance or joint venture with pharmaceutical laboratories and companies specializing in the handling of the so-called products promising and linked to the preparation of nutraceuticals, it would mark a tendency to consolidate a horticultural biocluster and strengthen agro-industrial activity of producers, as well as the sinaloense economy.
