Abstract

The purpose of this, is the observation Budget transparency Labeling Gender Equality program in Micro and Small Enterprises ( PyME FUND ) Jalisco 2011, under the Ministry of Economy. To do this, the program regulations Gender Mainstreaming program from International Organizations and social implications are analyzed. The significance is that 2.9 million establishments, 99% of them correspond to micro, small and medium enterprises, and is a strategic sector in economic and social development.
