Abstract

The objective of the research is to measure changes in the technology investment and its relation to wage inequality and labor productivity by type rating in the
manufacture of the states of Mexico. Using as source of information data 1998 Economic Census, 2004 and 2009. A panel of data values per capita wages, productivity and technological variables, also is developed, Gini indices are calculated and analysis is done Pearson correlation. The results indicate that investment in technology varies by state and year of, also, this explains much of the inequality in wages and productivity, especially in the southern states of the country.
