Processes that incur in the generation of value for the production of pine resin

Abstract

The research article pursues the product of designing a procedure to identify those activities and processes that incur in the creation of value in the production of pine resin, in the Agroforestry company of Pinar del Río, Cuba. With the result of determining those processes, which in their interior present difficulties for the conversion of inputs into outputs; until reaching the production of the product and delivery to the potential customer. To carry out the research, the study of different criteria and theoretical approaches was carried out to justify the proposal, through a descriptive methodology, to assess each of the criteria obtained by the specialists linked to the Cuban forestry sector. Once the results have been finalized, allowing a better functioning of the productive results, reflecting these in a better functioning of the economic and management model of the entity, in order to show each of the problems that negatively affect the construction of the value chain.
