Abstract

The central motive of this work is to propose a marketing network in the United States for Sinaloan vegetables, directly with supermarkets, retail stores, etc., through a distribution company owned by Sinaloans -a partnership between current distributors and producers who do not have distributors and with key sales and administration personnel-, to consolidate the state supply through food safety certification for the entire production. This implies the relocation of the railroad station, so that a very important railroad alternative called "multimodal transportation for short distances" can be established at its new site to facilitate direct sales, even to supermarket chains.
